Note: Uploaded/changed the image for one of better quality. I'm rescanning images originally scanned at school, so there are a few more which are going to update. If you're CGing one of the images that get reloaded, email me if you'd like a better quality lineart to work from.

In 12th grade, I drew this angel once - the rough idea on a brown paper towel, the final image inside of my sketchbook at the time. She was an odd character for me to draw, since I'm not exactly the most religious, but there was was done, and with gorgeous wings to boot.

The angel herself never made it as anything more than an inked lineart (someday I might redraw her, and then finish) but oddly enough, this is the same character.

...minus the wings, of course.

Niiiice cloth. Kinda reminds me of CLAMP's treatment of Hinoto in X.

I have to admit that I was more inspired in stylings (when I look back) by CLAMP's earlier work, RG Veda, especially one image of Karura ( [link] ) and as a whole the RG Veda series o0 More details. I can honestly say I never even thought of Hinoto, especially as I am in protest over CLAMP not finishing X up yet. ;~; -sniffle-

XD You're kidding!! I have both artbooks (-drools over TB and RG Veda-) myself and just love them. o0 The X artbook is good, yes, but I really love the details of RG Veda so much, much more. Have you seen some of their other early works as well? They make their current style look like a poor child's imitation.
