Description

Inspired by the fact that people are getting adorable pixel icons, I browsed the free bases and stumbled across an adorable one by Riuori which was just adorable.

So hey, I pixeled something.  Serpens does -not- have a fuku that lends itself well to tiny pixels but hey, I wanted a new icon.

Might do something with the background later but~

Hey folks- would anyone be interested in some attacks of their toons with pixels?

So cute!  Her fuku is a tricky one to pixel, but I think it came out great!
