Note: Uploaded/changed the image for one of better quality. I'm rescanning images originally scanned at school, so there are a few more which are going to update. If you're CGing one of the images that get reloaded, email me if you'd like a better quality lineart to work from.

Another image of Jateshi originally sketched in Anthropology (which I have tonight as well, so there might be even more Jateshi images to be worked on over the break) class while our hilarious French professor lectured. The mentality of this one is very developed, with a lovely little twist.

Jateshi is a murderer - as established with that last image. She's also simply psychotic - her world view is so warped and twisted that she feels she is an almost holy crusader for her cause, committing her crimes for the betterment of the world. The way she views herself is that of the most holy of persons, given the abilities and the right to murder as she sees fit - cleansing the world by bathing it in blood.

How does she view herself, then?

An angel with pure white wings.

It seems perhaps your Jateshi and my Twilight Akamar have some similarities. ^^ I'll have to draw a picture of my Akamar sometime....

Oh, please do! I'd love to see your Twilight Akamar.

:) Jateshi was formerly a fan-character, but she was an incredible Sue. She works quite well outside as an OC now, even if there's absolutely no change in her appreance.

I think the Akamar is probably a bit of a Sue... there's a heck of a story behind her, and lo and behold, it doesn't tie into my usual omniverse... though recently I've been trying to...

Mostly... I'm not sure how it happened... I guess I was trying to develope a panthenon for a D&D game, and there was this idea... then this pass the story... and her story came out... and it was just fun...

I'll have to try to find it and post it... I thought it was a fun read for the ideas, if anything...

I just cannot fathom how you get that much detail into your drawings. *worships* Like, holy mother. I weep for that kind of patience. How I wish I could pull that off without it looking jumbled and crappy...!

But the hands are (again) too big. ^^;

I think I have a syndrome - Big Hands Symdrome (BHS). It manifests in a complete inability to do anything other than really big hands on my characters. o_0 I triiiiiiiiied! I do the hand blocky and then the finger lines and then it looks gorgeous and then it's big!

The blame rests ENTIRELY with Artema - she was the one who said I should try to draw detailed again. Note to self and others: never lament about how you "never put the details in like you used to" because "you just didn't know how anymore" because Artema is going to come along and say "I dare you to!"

...and then, you will. And never ever stop!

XD I think that's the first time I was ever referred to as a colouring book! And as for the art, so I shouldn't post the five other drawings I'm almost done with which I work on between studying...? :P
