Personality: Very excitable, Miyana is a ball of energy and activity until she reaches her limit and then poof, she's a sofa loaf nestled in blankets to recover.  She will bounce and clean and tidy and exhibit the signs of ADHD (hyper active) and is far more on the extrovert in terms of social interactions - but if she gets over-run by emotions, people, or too overloaded, she will temporarily retreat for some much needed quiet.
Likes: A rather clean aesthetic, Miyana likes things to be neat and tidy whenever possible and will come over to someone's house whenever they need and help them clean and take care of themselves.  She's a bit like a bustling tornado of affection.  She enjoys cooking (though no one would say she's amazing at it) and loves listening to audio books.  She enjoys warm fuzzy sweaters, comfy sofa cushions, and in the times when she's not bounding on her almost-limitless energy, she enjoys helping.
Dislikes: Piled dishes, too much laundry, and that horrible cheap ramen the gas stations always sell.  Ugh.  Horrible.

Character Strengths: Very out-going in a friendly extrovert way, Miyana can approach and make people comfortable quickly.  Though her grasp on English can be a bit slanted or weak in colloquialisms, Miyana has an infectious exuberance she brings with ehr to all situations.  She has a very go-get attitude, too, and often makes decisions based on observations and intuitions.
Character Weaknesses:  The flip side of so much energy is that if or when Miyana is tired, she either hermits or loafs about, and can be crabby and down-right vicious.  If she feels that something she feels is precious is in danger, she will lose her head and charge in to try and handle the situation (even if she clearly is not suited for it).
Hobbies: Collecting miniature bonsai trees, singing k- and j-pop, and she's attempting to learn to knit. (she more enjoys the yarn aspect than making anything)  She loves music and always is keen for new experiences.  Listening to audiobooks (especially in another language, or her native tongue) and stealing socks and dancing (energetically, rambunctiously, and not necessarily the best)

Powers: Unseen Allies- Closing her eyes, Jet Ermine holds her hands together as if cupping a globe, then throws them apart.  Energy sparks from her hands as she throws them wide and the energy forms into a ghostly ermine (a bit larger than Actual Ermine Size) that leaps at a foe and attacks with a poisonous bite.

No-Name Power: Sacrificial Protection- If an enemy is about to strike a blow against a friend, Jet Ermine's fur can glow brilliant white (instead of the slightly dull gray it is usually) and she can attempt to absorb the blow for her ally, stopping them from being hurt at the expense of herself.  She takes the entire damage of the countered blow, with any effects happening on her.


Power/Battle Weaknesses: In terms of countering her Unseen Allies, the summoned ermine (though made of energy) can be disappated through any method of breaking her concentration, rendering her unconscious, or destroying the energy.  The No-Name-Power can simply be used to shut Jet down entirely, as anything that would shut the victim down (even if Jet might normally resist it) will instead shut her down.  

If an ally is threatened, or something Miyana values is threatened, Jet will attack someone she knows she is not capable of defeating and go for as vicious an attack as she can. (this can be bad or good, but often means she will mis-judge a situation she normally would have a better grasp on, and react emotionally)

Background/History:  Miyana is the youngest child of a small but moderately well-off family in Tokyo's suburbs, working (along with many of her family) at Otsuda Corporation (whose headquarters are in Tokyo, the Chiyoda-ku ward of the city).  Around her fellows Crystal Animamates she tends to not discuss her family, as the family is what she classifies as 'private' to the extreme, so mentions of her older brother are rare and in-between, though she loves and adores Hiroki, who is her elder by three years.  Her family is not extremely loving or caring - they are industrious, comforting, but the deepest attachment she has is to her brother, but they have grown apart over the years after he moved outside of Tokyo for work, joining the R&D for the automobile industry. (she does get excited seeing him, as his job is related to the engine development of Honda's racing teams)

While her uncle works in marketing and distribution and helped Miyana get her job in the company in that area, she applied and transfered to the research and chemical interactions side.  This has slowed her pursuit of her degree (which has expanded from previous fields to include biochemistry and psychology for drug affects studies assistance) but she will be finishing her Masters soon.  Miyana is not sure if she will remain in the quiet and pat life her family has helped arrange for her (working at Otsuda) or if she will have the courage to follow the path her brother broke when he left his job at Otsuda and applied for (and began working for) Honda.

Occupation: Interning at a pharma company after a helpful little push in the door through courses, Miyana has her first degree and isn't sure if she wants to follow up for a Masters or enter the workforce.
